SSC GD Constable Result 2022

SSC GD Constable 2021 Result Out: Staff Selection Commission conducted Constable (GD) in CAPFs, NIA, SSF and Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles Examination, 2021 from 16 November 2021 to 15 December 2021 in the Computer-Based Mode. The result of the Computer Based Examination was declared on 25 March 2022. The result of PET/ PST was declared on 12 August 2022 wherein 69,287 candidates [Female-7,465 (including 22 temporary unfit candidates) and Male-61,822] were shortlisted for appearing in the Detailed Medical Examination (DME). DV/DME and RME was conducted by CRPF from 12 September 2022 to 04 October 2022. SSC in an official notice on 8th announced the publishing of SSC GD Constable 2021 Result.

Stages of SSC GD Constable Result 

The result of the SSC GD Examination is released stage-wise by the Staff Selection Commission of India. The stages are mentioned below: 

SSC GD CBE Result

The candidates whose applications are shortlisted appear for the SSC GD computer-based examination. Candidates qualifying for the computer-based Examination of GD Constables are sent call letters to appear for SSC GD PET/ PST Examination.

SSC GD Constable PET/PST Result

After qualifying for the computer-based Examination, the candidates have to appear for Physical Standard Test and Physical Efficiency Test. Those who clear the second stage of the examination and their names are mentioned in the GD PET/PST Result appear for the third and final stage of the SSC GD Constable Examination.

SSC GD Constable DME/RME Result

This exam is the last stage of the SSC GD Constable Examination. In the detailed Medical examination, candidates are tested for their medical fitness, assessing whether they are fit to join as riflemen or Constables in the Indian armed forces. The process of the documentation is done at this stage. The review medical examination is conducted only for those candidates who produce the medical certificate as evidence of their fitness and the possibility of error of judgment by the medical officers/ Board who had examined them earlier during the detailed Medical examination. 

How to Check SSC GD Constable Result?

Candidates who took the PET/PST Test can check for their names in the final list through the following steps:

Step 1: Visit the official website of Staff Selection Commission- www.ssc.nic.in

Step 2: Click on Result on the right-hand corner of the page

Step 3: Under the results, click on Constable GD.

Step 4: There are two rows for SSC GD Constable Result on the screen. Of these, one will be for Male Category and the other for the Female category.

Step 5: Select your category.

Step 6: There will be three columns against each row showing Result, Marks, and Write Up.

Step 7: The result column will show the list of qualified candidates. The Write-Up column will show important information like cut-off marks.

Step 8: Click on the ‘click here' option under the result column.

Step 9: The list of qualified candidates will be displayed.

Step 10: Press Ctrl F and enter your name or Roll Number. If you have qualified for the examination, your name and Roll number will be displayed.

Resolution of Tied Cases

If there is a tie in SSC GD computer-based scores, the following procedure is applied to resolve the issue:

  1. The candidate scoring higher marks in Part A of the computer-based Examination is considered for recruitment first.
  2. If the issue is not resolved, the candidate with higher marks in Part B of the computer-based Examination is considered first.
  3. If the problem is still not solved, the older candidate is considered first.
  4. If the situation persists, the alphabetical order of the candidate's names is considered.
