CTET Cut Off 2021

CBSE released the CTET notification in the month of September 2021 for the recruitments of teachers in primary and upper primary level. The exam is scheduled to take place on 16th Dec 2021 to 13th January 2022. The CTET Cut off will be released with the final results. Candidates will be able to find the cut-off with their scorecards.

Factors Affecting CTET Cut Off 2021

There are various factors that can affect the cut off a given exam. Knowing about those factors is important as these factors will help in deciding the preparation level required by the candidate.

The primary factors affecting the CTET cut-offs are as follows:

  • The total number of students actually appearing for the exam: More the applicants, more will be the cut-off.
  • The difficulty level of the exam: Easy paper will have more cut off while a difficult paper will have less cut off.
  • The number of students clearing the exam: More students clearing the exam means cut off is less, the lesser number of students clearing means cut off is more.
